It is the policy of Kawasaki Motors (Phils.) Corporation, exclusive distributor of Kawasaki Products (MC, PWC) in the Philippines (hereinafter referred as "KMPC"), to enter into a warranty agreement with Kawasaki Product owners that the products are free from defect in materials and workmanship subject to the conditions set herein.
KMPC shall provide remedy without charge for parts or labor at any authorized Kawasaki Leisure Bike Dealers (Kawasaki Krib) nationwide. This policy covers any material or workmanship found to be defective by KMPC from Date of Purchase up to the periods specified hereafter:

KMPC may authorize certain service work to be performed by authorized Kawasaki Krib even after the expiration of warranty period under certain conditions. This shall be communicated through the issuance of Service Information or memorandum. Customers can contact any authorized Kawasaki Krib for further information that may be applicable to their unit.
To maintain the validity of the Kawasaki Warranty, the owner must satisfy the following obligations:
KMPC reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the validity of Warranty Claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy.
The following are specifically excluded from the terms and conditions of this policy:
Any Kawasaki Product:
This warranty shall not apply to or include any of the following:
1. Repair of replacement as a result of the following:
a. Accidents
b. Disaster, Force Majeure
c. Misuse (type of usage), or neglect (damage caused by external factors such as smoke, salt, bird dropping, chemicals, etc.)
d. Lack of proper periodic maintenance and storage
e. Repairs performed by unauthorized mechanics
f. Use of replacement parts or accessories not conforming to KMPC specifications, which adversely affect performance and durability
g. Alterations of modifications not recommended or approved in writing by KMPC
2. When factory seals are disjointed, removed, or tampered with; and
3. Consumable parts such as cables, brake pad/shoe, sprocket, chain, air cleaner element, piston rings, spark plug, battery, electric bulb, magnet coils, fuse packing, gasket, tires and tubes, other allied rubber parts, glass parts, bearings, screws, bolts and nuts, spokes, nipples, and clutch lining.
This warranty may be transferred from the original purchaser of the brand new Kawasaki product to the subsequent owner/s as long as it is within the warranty period and conditions set herein are satisfied.
